Dr. Andrew Fishman was invited to lecture on techniques of facial nerve reconstructive surgery. Among the techniques presented was a minimally invasive muscle transfer which was published in Sidle DM, Fishman AJ, Modification of the Orthodromic Temporalis Tendon Transfer Technique for Reanimation of the Paralyzed Face.
